Refund policy




HOLIDAYS EXEPTION PERIOD (November 21st 2025 to December 31st 2025)

At Fizzics Canada, we want you to have the best experience while you're shopping with during the holidays season. Therefore, purchases made from November 21st to December 31st 2025 will still be allowed to request a return/refund for the items they bought until January 15th 2025.

ANY OTHER PERIOD:

Purchases in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. No refunds will be issued for purchases that are used, damaged, missing parts or returned more than 14 days from the time you receive your package.

Note: Accessories are not eligible for refund.

DEFECTIVE DRAFTPOURS

For defects please contact us at support@fizzics.ca and our team will do everything they can to assist you with your defective item(s).

TO REQUEST A REFUND:

1. Contact us at support@fizzics.ca

2. Include your Order # and reason for returning the item

3. Once the item is sent you have to notify us by sending us an email with the tracking number included

4. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

5. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Simply print the return shipping label and drop off the package at any Purolator office around you. The shipping cost will be deducted from the price at the time you placed your order. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item.
